The spirits of a man and a child showed up in two different pictures that were taken at a haunted cemetery in Cornwall, England. After hearing that Mylor Cemetery (near the village of Flushing) was haunted by a “red-eyed beast”, a paranormal team went there to investigate the reports and seemingly captured two ghosts in two pictures at two different times.
Candice Collins, who is a member of the Whispers paranormal team, stated that the first picture they took of the ghostly man with a hat was taken on March 16th. They went back to the cemetery on May 7th and that time they captured a ghostly boy on camera.
Candice explained that at around 10pm they heard disembodied whispers and unexplained footsteps. “We were doing a paranormal investigation there, doing some filming and taking pictures and went over the evidence and seen this face.” From the start we heard whispering of what sounds like a child. My mum felt a tap on her leg she felt someone was behind her.” “It made her feel very dizzy so I started snapping pictures all around the cemetery while having a very intense feeling of something following me.” “I heard some footsteps as well. All in all, I feel it was a very active place so interesting.”
The cemetery is said to be a very paranormally active location. In addition to the hat-wearing man and the child entities, the team – which consists of Candice, her partner Nick Pierce, and her mother Susanne – witnessed ghostly dogs, the spirits from a tin mine, and even had a run-in with a terrifying demon while investigating the cemetery.
Candice had previously stated that she and her mother have always experienced paranormal activity. “We’ve always had a gift, me and my mum.” “When I was younger, I’d see tables moving, a lot of noises in the house, doors closing.” She went on to say that she still sometimes witnesses dark shadows standing behind her when she looks into mirrors. One time, she saw a ghost that looked exactly like her son but he was sleeping in another room of the house.
Since Candice and her mother have had so many paranormal experiences throughout their lives, perhaps their “gifts” were sensed by the spirits who appeared to them and they were able to capture them on camera.
